Content Creator

Content Creator – Full-Time (Hybrid) | £18,000 + Commission

Location: Manchester (Office/Field/Home)
Benefits:

  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown (+1 day per year of service)
  • Birthday off (Friday/Monday if on a weekend)
  • 5% commission on introduced retainer clients, 10% on project clients

About the Role

Join a dynamic marketing agency specializing in strategy, branding, and activation. You'll work closely with the Creative Director to deliver engaging content for clients, primarily in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities

Client Services:

  • Attend content meetings & contribute to content plans
  • Create photography & videography content (incl. b-roll)
  • Independently run content sessions & prep sets
  • Conduct location recces for efficient shoots

Agency Services:

  • Generate creative ideas & concepts
  • Develop social media content for clients & agency
  • Create showreels, testimonials & promotional materials
  • Support internal teams with creative input

Requirements

  • Experience in content creation (photo/video) & editing software
  • Proficiency with filming equipment (camera, gimbal, phone)
  • Understanding of social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Creative thinker, proactive, and adaptable
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel & attend AM/PM events
